Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
[im]perfect can exchange products if damaged due to transportation or, if buyer no longer want the product and wants to choose another one. New product will be sent after the unwanted item arrived to [im]perfect.
[im]perfect can refund the value of the item if the customer no longer want the product purchased. Although, [im]perfect does not refund shipping costs.
In case of a return or exchange, the item has to get back to [im]perfect within 30 days of delivery and in perfect conditions. Refund will be issued after the item arrived.
[im]perfect doesn't accept cancellations. But please, contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can not be returned or exchangedBecause of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, [im]perfect can not accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
